SMALL JOB COULD MAKE HUGE CONTRIBUTION
by Zhangziyan and LiangXiner
It is really hard for a foreigner to find someone and make an appointment with successfully. We have made a lot of effort to search for our master, miss Afenyee, who is doing a part time job in KAA of UPM. We came to some people and we want tohave an interview with them, but they were all failures to even settle an appointment due to the lack of our time. And finally, thanks to Afenyee, we came to her while she is busy, and she accepted our interview without hesitation.
Afenyee is a bachelor student of UPM, and she has been doing this part time job for a few months. She is doing well and actually enjoying it. She usually collects parcels from different places in Malaysia and record them in computer by data, and contact the owners of the parcels. She will take care of her spot once she is free, because she wants to deliver the parcels to the owner’s hand as soon as possible. Being questioned by us the reason why she started this job, Afenyee answered: I want to provide convenience to the students and get this precious experience.
No matter who you are, whatever your position is, honestly we are all ordinary people, it’s not about money, and not about prestige. The point is that we are contributing to the country, to the community, to the people. That’s why we live in human society, that’s how we get respect and support. As for the people who are working hard playing a essential and useful role, aren’t they extraordinary?
