Malay Halal Restaurant becomes a new wave in China.

Malay Halal Restaurant is new in China, and is very popular recently , especially in Guang Zhou which is one of the oldest city. Malay Halal consist of Nasi Lemak, Tom Yam Soup and all kinds of food from Malaysia and even some of them is from other SEA region. Due to the taste appealing to Chinese People not only the Muslim Groups in china, these food is entering more canteens in china. Meanwhile , more and more businessman from middle east is traveling to china , the market of Malay Halal food results in plenty of Malay chef sent to china.

When I was dining at FengWei Malay Halal Restaurant, I saw the boss of the restaurant luckily. He was a very kindly person. It’s embarrassed that I thought he is clerk at first. Then I asked him  whether to interview him or not. He agreed for my request but the time is after the restaurant closed. I waited for him about 3 hours and during the time I think about the questions that I cared about.

The first question that I asked to him is Why he open the Halal Malay Restaurant. ’Before I travel to Malaysia one time. The dishes of Halal Malay take a deep memory for me. It’s a special flavor but perfect. I have no idea that can eat everyday in GuangZhou Province,so I make it. Haha, it’s just joke la. To be honest ,I just try to open the Malay Hala Restaurant, but which surprised me is it can get such popular and people like the flavor.’ the boss of Malay Halal Restaurant said.

And then I talk with the staff of the restaurant Chen. He told me that the time of working is 11.00AM-22.00PM. The main job he do is cash register. ’When I and my boss travel back to China, I was very amazed and interested to hear that he wants to open this restaurant. I support him without hesitation because I  believe we can do it !’

JASON who is from Hong Kong also wants to join Malay Halal Restaurant and set up a branch in Hong Kong. Because he sees the development prospects of Malay Halal Restaurant. Although opening a restaurant is a new challenge for JASON, he is still willing to try.

There are more and more Halal Malay Restaurant set up in China also makes me excited. In this way, I can eat the Dongyang soup anytime. And there will be more people fall in love with Halal food and Malay culture. As the increasing of number to come Feng Wei Malay Halal restaurant, the list of menu becomes more various.

I’m admire the boss of restaurant very much. Because of his spirit of dream, he’s enough brave to follow the heart. In fact, though plenty of problems and challenges existed to open the restaurant. He still willing to do it with happiness, maybe because it’s the way to keep his dream.
